At loomlane, we take pride in crafting high-quality handmade wooden photo frames with care and precision. Due to the unique and artisanal nature of our products, we have a modified return and refund policy to ensure fairness to both our customers and our craftsmen.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:
✔ The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
✔ It must be returned in its original packaging to prevent damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Since our products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns for the following:
🚫 Customized or personalized frames (e.g., engraved names, custom sizes).
🚫 Frames that show signs of use, modification, or damage not caused by our team.
🚫 Gift cards or digital purchases.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.

To process an exchange:

2️⃣ If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or guide you on the next steps.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

✔ A wrong item was sent due to our mistake.
